LINCS TRANSPORTATION POLICY, PROCEEDURES and AGREEMENTS

To cancel a reservation, please call TOLL FREE1-888-817-4529, or 1-321-689-4777 for calls originating outside the U.S.A. and Canada. Cancellations must be received at least two hours in advance of the service pick-up time for most locations. International reservations may require up to 24 hours notice.

ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT 2 STEP PROCEEDURE

a.. Upon landing, call us from any phone TOLL FREE 888-817-4529, before you get on the monorail. (one.step)

Proceed to the monorail that will take you into the Main Terminal. Continue across the large lobby watching and following the overhead signs for your baggage claim area. Take the escalator down to next level and collect your luggage.

b.. After collecting your luggage, call us from any phone TOLL FREE 888-817-4529. (two.step)

Your personal Chauffeur is just 2 minutes away and will drive to the agreed meeting point and take you directly to your destination.

Upon arrival at the Port, please retrieve your luggageand locate your representative. If you cannot locate the representative, please call our office, toll free 1-888-817-4529. This is a free call.

No change is needed for the payphone.

Your driver will be waiting in a holding area outside the Cruise Terminal Building.

We ask you to give us a phone call at 1-888-817-4529 and let us know that you (and your luggage) have exited the Cruise Ship so the driver can meet you. Due to the high temperatures in Florida the driver may not be visible outside until we receive your call.

However, in case of bad weather, flight delays, or a missed connection we ask that the driver remove the vehicle from the airport commercial vehicle pickup area. This way the company will not have to pay additional fees to the greater orlando airport authority. Also, to avoid any additonal fees charged by the greater orlando airport authority we watch the flights as they're approaching Orlando via computer realtime. (In case of bad weather, flight delays, or a missed connection ... please call TOLL FREE 888-817-4529. We are located less than 10 mins away...)

The limousine(s) requirements will be met as described per order, unless mechanical failure occurs. LINCS reserves the right to substitute for available limousines if a mechanical failure occurs. LINCS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime during the reservation. The customer reserves the above time and date for the use of the limousine at the rate listed above. The customer is responsible for any and all damages to the limousine caused during the rental period. The customer is totally aware of the following policies and does agree to pay all charges for any and all damages to the exterior of the limousine as well as damages to the interior of the passenger cabin during rental period. Soiling, spillage, dings, vomit, breakage and so on will be considered damages and the clients would be charged according to company policy.

Cancellation Policy:

If the customer decides to cancel the service within 24 hours after making the reservation the paid amount will be refunded in full. Should the cancellation occur in less than 24 hours before the pickup time there will be no refund. Any cancellation prior to that will be refunded in full less 20% processing fees. In case of a no-show the customer will be charged in full. Gift certificate for the amount of the reservation can be issued and used with in 1-year period.
